Duties:
Teach basic welding and fabrication to young men, including
Develop and maintain resources and materials that will improve and measure student’s performance levels.
Work with Head of School/Vocational Director to determine young men best suited for this class
Prepare students for welding certifications
Experience:
- Previous experience as a welder or completion of a welding program preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to welding operations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 6 per week
