Hourly Supervisor

Duties:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll processing and record keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Administrative experience in managing paperwork, reports, and data entry
- Organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store layout
- Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and calls
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
