Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year experience.
The ideal candidate will have some dental assisting knowledge, preferably in an orthodontic environment, be a people person who is detailed oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment! Must have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to develop a good report with patients and parents.
As the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients who have questions or concerns about their procedure(s). You will be responsible for working with a patient through every phase of their orthodontic journey). Your duties will also include providing cost estimates, arranging a payment plan, and researching insurance coverage for the patient.
