Patty's Cakes is looking to hire a Evening Retail Sales/Customer Service Associate

Job responsibilities include, yet not limited to:

- Assist walk-in customers by welcoming them and taking their orders
- Answer customer calls
- Scoop ice cream
- Learn our menu, offerings, and guidelines of our business
- Make sure all orders are correct before they leave
- Assist customers with issues
- Complete nightly clean up tasks in the front and back of house
- Experience in customer service is required
- Friendly service and the desire to help others is key
- Be reliable and have a positive attitude

Retail Salesperson Skills and Qualifications:

We are a fast place shop known for our top-notch customer service and fantastic desserts. We are efficient and constantly trying to improve our workflow.

Scheduling requirements:

Part-time:
Tuesday - Friday. Roughly between 5 pm - 10pm.
Saturdays 2-10 pm
10-18 /- hours a week. Saturdays are our busiest days and will be expected to work those days. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays

Positions

We are hiring for two positions. One will get 10 hours a week and will need to be available to cover other shifts. The other position will be 18 hours a week and will need to be able cover other days.

This is a permanent position.
