Job Description:

We currently have an opening for a full-time Document Courier to work Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Drives a company van/car to transport customer records to and from their offices, interacting with customers, loading and unloading boxes, and pulling orders. Classifies, stores, retrieves, and updates generated information. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Utilize software tracking system to locate, retrieve, reshelf, and/or re-file boxes and files.
• Document new deposits and enter them into the software tracking system.
• Pick up and deliver boxes and files to clients utilizing company vehicle
• Meet production expectations
• Detail oriented with strong customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.
• Perform a range of other general duties.
• Interact with clients and personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
• Adhere to HIPAA standards and guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned.
