20k retention package to these employees for a two-year commitment. 5K in first check, 5k at end of 1 year. 10k at end of year two.

• Sign-on bonus and applicable details; None • Number of open positions with same title; • Urgency of need to fill; ASAP • Number of beds in unit/unit size; 4 CVOR first starts/2-3 cases per day to follow/planned expansion to 5 th Flip room • Clinician/patient ratio; 2:1 • Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements; BLS, ACLS, and ADN or BSN • Types of diagnoses and patients cared for in unit; Complex cardiovascular conditions: CABG, Dissections, Cardiogenic Shock, Heart & Lung Transplants, Valve Replacements, Ventricular Assist Device Insertions, Complex TAVR; Artificial Heart Transplantation; Device/Assessment management: ECMO, Impella, Balloon pump, Vasopressor management & titration, Rapid Transfusion, Open chest defibrillation. • Description of interview process; Onsite interview with leadership (initial virtual for out of town option), opportunity to shadow; closed department/CVOR Board Runner/Service Line Coordinators for daily operational oversight; Orientation 12wks-24wks dependent on experience • Description of management positions (reporting employees, etc., if applicable): Dedicated CVOR board runner/service line coordinators, manager for daily operational support.
