Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Rome, GA
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Sign-on and Relocation Bonus: Negotiable

Duties:
- Provides direct patient care and supervises COTAs in the home setting.
- Coordinates care with the multi-disciplinary team and acts as the patient's liaison with other healthcare providers.
- Directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides occupational therapy services to patients in the home.
- Plans and conducts OT programs to restore function and help patients achieve independence.
- Acts as a case manager for post-acute services in the home setting, including supervision of home health aides.

Skills:
- Must maintain a current state driver's license and auto insurance.
- 1-year experience as a licensed OT in a clinical care setting or home health preferred.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA is required.

Education:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy is required.
- Licensed by the Examining Committee to practice Occupational Therapy in the state required.
