Work as a part time Behavior Technician with Patterns Behavior Services!

$650 SIGN-ON BONUS!!

PT 10-15 hours a week- availability M-F between 2pm-8pm, Saturday preferred

Pay: $22-$24

The Patterns team in Orange County, California is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work on life skills with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Our BTs are trained on executing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach their clients a variety of skills, such as communication, regulating emotions, organization, reducing maladaptive behaviors and more!

Don’t have ABA experience? No worries, we provide all paid, in-house and on-going training!

Ideal Candidates:

• Individuals who love working with children and helping individuals
• Students studying Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Early childhood, or related fields
• Babysitters/ Nannies
• Daycare Workers
• Direct Support Professionals
• Respite Workers
• Paraprofessionals
• LNA/CNA

Qualifications

• Availability between 2pm-8pm (10-15 hours)
• Be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school degree or GE
• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
• Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field, preferred

Responsibilities:

• Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-home, clinic, and/or school settings
• Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
• Attend all scheduled therapy sessions, staff meetings, and trainings
