We are looking for a Vice President of International Finance Operations for our global business and serve as a key partner to the Chief International Officer, including developing and executing international strategy for Pattern. Sets international Global Financial Targets and KPIs with the CIO; go-to-market strategies; monitoring performance against plan; recommending corrective strategies when needed Represents the CIO in meetings, events and locally when not available Drives global strategic initiatives and ensuring implementation locally (Cost to Serve, Ramp, Cost Improvements, Growth Plans) Defines special projects and capital investment requirements needed to drive near-term growth targets Work with CIO to redefine global structure, ensuring we are set up for success Manages the International P&L and monitors budgets and P&Ls against strategy and plan Runs and organizes corporate International MBR, QBRs and annual strategic reviews Works closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to align the approach against overall business goals and deliver the international strategy. Represents total International business to partners, at company events and on international brand negotiations Builds company image by collaborating with partners, employees and key local market players Works with the GM’s and their financial partners to implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CIO OKR Management and Execution: Attends all monthly reviews, Manages monthly international leadership meetings What will I need to thrive in this role? Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting Strong background in finance including owning P&L and budget Build and maintain trusting relationships with key International partners and stakeholders Hold local regions accountable for overall international performance and profitability against KPIs and financial objectives Translates strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual planning Strong understanding of working cross-culturally, across different countries and languages and how to navigate the global landscape effectively Ecommerce and CPG experience preferred, but not required What does high performance look like? You will report directly to the Chief International Officer and align with them in building and executing strategy for Pattern’s international business.
