We are seeking someone to assist with tasks related to Amazon Account health. To be successful at this job, you must: Demonstrate proficiency in navigating Amazon Seller Central and monitoring Account Health, addressing issues such as Condition Issues, Product Restrictions, and Safety Concerns. Execute the process of filing cases with Amazon support, ensuring timely and effective communication. Utilize basic knowledge of task management systems, such as Asana or similar platforms. Stay informed about performance notifications and effectively utilize the Voice of the Customer Dashboard. Maintain availability during US business hours to address and respond to relevant tasks and issues. What will I need to thrive in this role? Proficiency in communication both verbal and written in English Experience in working with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Experience in working with Amazon Seller Central and Account Health Ecommerce related job experience What does high performance look like?
