Position: Entry Level Event Coordinator
Location: NEW ORLEANS, LA
Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $23.50 - $28.50 per hour
Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, from concept to completion.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on the day of the event.
• Maintain event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
