Patron Points, Inc. is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in-office at our location in Woodbury, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and showcase your creativity. The Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging marketing materials for our brands and those of our customers. The objective is to increase engagement internally and externally, showcase value and grow our platforms for the future. Individuals should use creative storytelling with a strong pulse on emerging creative trends across platforms here to become successful.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all visual assets including internally

- Lead the design and ongoing enhancement to the company’s website, internal portal and social media channels to improve user experience

- Create marketing materials for print and digital across the organization including brochures, e-communication, social media, web, program materials, and signs

- Strengthen company-wide use and knowledge of visual brand standards and elements

- Create and produce visual elements for customers

- Analyze and track business performance to identify issues and opportunities and provide recommendations for enhancements

- Provide strategic direction and focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills

- 2 years of relevant work experience is required in marketing related fields i.e. Marketing/Design/Social Media/Digital Marketing

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Canva, and Acrobat

- Associate’s Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- Must provide a portfolio to showcase clear examples of direct response marketing, ideally including ad design, and a variety of video and/or design projects,

- 2 years of social media experience in managing, creating, publishing and scheduling content

- Experience with both print and digital communication, graphic design, photography and video

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Highly organized and strong attention to detail

- Able to manage time effectively, multi task, and meet deadlines

- Comfortable being creative and flexible in a fast-paced changing environment

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Works with a sense of collaboration and team work

- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
