An experienced PC-DMIS Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Programmer has a high level of mechanical aptitude and CAD/CAM skills to develop programs to inspect complex machined aerospace parts and tooling. This position requires advanced knowledge of GD&T.

Additionally, this position may include performing in-process and final inspection of manufactured parts and assemblies utilizing standard measurement and test equipment with responsibility for the documentation of inspection records, identification and control of nonconforming material, and for supporting Root Cause and Corrective Actions.

Requirements:

• Experience with PC-DMIS or similar software
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T
• Ability to create models in Siemens NX 
• Experience in the design of CMM inspection fixtures or tooling
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Collaborates well with others
• BS Degree in engineering or technical trade school graduate, equivalent work experience, or apprenticeship
• Skilled in CAD/CAM, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Willingness to flex hours and work overtime as required
