General Office Assistant

Accounting Experience Preferred

Monday - Friday, 8 to 5

Responsibilities - General Office Assistant:

• Prepare accounts receivable statements, research and process chargebacks, returns, and NSF checks
• Answer accounts receivable phone calls and follow up on inquiries
• Update customers' account information
• Issue receipts
• Follow up on past due accounts
• Monitor receivable aging
• Keep filing up to date
• Issue checks for finance, sales, or petty cash as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 
  Accounting, A/R and good MS Office and Excel skills are preferred
• High degree of accuracy and pays attention to details
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Auto tag & title clerk experience is a plus!
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
