Our High-Volume Service Dept. needs to hire EXPERIENCED Service Advisors to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, schedule service, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion, ensure customer is satisfied and more.

Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule service
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI score

Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is required
• Good customer service, computer and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license and insurance
