Program Manager – Counter Threat Finance

Position Type: Full Time – Exempt – Contingent Upon Award

 We seek an exceptional professional from the Counter Threat Finance (CTF) and Threat Finance Intelligence (T.F.I.) communities to lead our team as the Program Manager. 

As a Counter Threat Program Manager, you will lead our Global Counter Threat Finance / Threat Finance Intelligence program supporting P.G.I. and our U.S. Government clients. The focus of your program includes adversary financial networks that fuel violent extremist organizations operating in assigned regions across the globe. This position reports to the SVP of Operations.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel;
  • Managing the contractor support team across all elements of the mission programs;
  • Providing monthly contract status reports to responsible Government personnel, including the Government PM and/or COR; 
  • Interfacing with CN> staff on the status of contract or T/O performance;
  • Coordinating program review meetings, including arranging for facilities and equipment, developing agendas, preparing attendance lists, and publishing meeting results. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • At a minimum, they shall have at least ten (10) years of relevant senior leadership and program manager experience supporting the Department of Defense. 
  • Demonstrated experience shall include the capability to lead project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity. 
  • At a minimum, shall have a relevant Masters’ degree from an accredited college or university.
  • PMP Certification
  • Demonstrated experience shall include the capability to lead project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
  • Experience with CTF/TFI and intelligence oversight
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License
  • Candidates must provide DD-214 (Member 4 or Service 2) covering all active service periods.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Possess and maintain an active TS/SCI Security Clearance for the duration of this effort and
  • Be willing to sit for a CI polygraph if required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass initial and annual drug tests.
  • Able to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Able to walk throughout the job site to meet with employees
  • And able to use standard office equipment including computer and copier
