Delivery Driver - Delivering Amazon Packages In Kenosha
Patriot Freight is a Veteran Owned delivery company and an Amazon Delivery Partner.

The Companyis expanding its delivery network to the Kenosha area. We have immediate openings for Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon Packages in Kenosha and the surrounding cities. CDL is not required.

Show me the money, boss!

• Consistent work that is about 9-10 hrs/day
• Starting pay is $16.50 per hour
• Overtime – all work that is over 40hrs/wk turns into overtime pay - $24.75
• Free Work Shoes Program - $125.00 credit for new kicks!
• Route Rescue Incentive - $1.00 for each stop that you rescued from another driver ($20 /day)
• Safety Incentive – qualifying drivers get $20.00/wk
• Top Driver Incentive – qualifying drivers get $20.00/Wk
• Heavy Lifter Incentive– drivers that deliver the most packages qualify for $20.00/wk
• Covid-19 Vaccine Incentive – Drivers that have received Covid-19 vaccination get a one time $40.00 / shot; vaccination is not mandatory.

• Bi-Weekly pay via Direct Deposit – no more bank runs
• 10 days Paid Training – 2 days in class and 8 days in training routes

Now boss wants me to do what?

• Arrive at 10:40a
• Load delivery vehicle every morning (250 packages)
• Utilize GPS on company provided smartphone to navigate to make each delivery a success
• Drive the company vehicle safely, provide great customer service
• Deliver all packages to our customers (businesses and residential customers)
• (Other work things and stuff!)

Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license (moving violations in the last 3 years cannot be forgiven)
• Pass both a background check and a drug test
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (don’t worry – most packages are lighter than that!)
• Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150-190 stops (in all types of weather)
• Must be able to walk up flights of stairs
• Must be able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban and city areas
• Must be available to work weekends and all scheduled days

COVID-19 considerations:
We are keeping our drivers safe by providing sanitizer, masks, temperature scans, sanitized equipment and vehicles. You get to work independently, social distancing at its best! You also get a one time $40/ shot if you get the COVID-19 Vaccine

Qualifications
