Job Opening: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) – Location: Dallas, GA

Join the dedicated team at Patriot in Dallas, GA! We are actively seeking qualified individuals for various roles, including EMT-Rs, EMTs, EMT-Is, AEMTs, and Paramedics. Our focus is on providing top-notch non-emergency transport services across West Georgia, including the expansive Atlanta area and its surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in non-emergency settings.
  • Adhere to all relevant EMS regulations and guidelines as per the State of Georgia.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain ambulance equipment and vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
  • Uphold all necessary licenses and certifications as mandated by the company and the state.
  • Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and medical protocols.
  • Attend to service calls as assigned and provide patient treatment aligned with company standards.
  • Keep ambulance and equipment sanitized and perform daily checks.
  • Complete and submit various reports such as Patient Care Reports (PCR), billing, and incident reports.
  • Ensure adherence to all policies and regulations by the unit and crew members.
  • Guarantee that vehicles meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and participate in mandatory meetings.
  • Stay ready and professional while on duty, with minimal supervision needed.
  • Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 150lbs with and without assistance.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid EMR, EMT, EMT-I, AEMT, or Paramedic License in Georgia.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
  • Current Georgia Driver's License.
