Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to internet sales leads promptly and professionally
- Utilize automotive sales techniques to engage potential customers and guide them through the sales process
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including email, phone calls, and online chat
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from online to in-person sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM software
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
