Patriot Car Wash is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near Pittsfield, MA

We are looking for a positive, friendly, professional, customer-oriented individual to join our team! The right individual will have experience providing excellent customer service and support while responding to and maintaining customers' questions, complaints, and club membership information and supporting management with administrative and basic bookkeeping duties. Completion of screening questions is required to be considered further in the application process.

Essential Functions:

  • Answering customer phone calls/emails with feedback in a timely manner.
  • Be proficient with navigating the WashConnect ICS system.
  • Accurately input customer information into the ICS system.
  • Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or processes for monthly memberships.
  • Provide customers with information about our Monthly club membership options, and other applicable Car Wash information i.e., individual wash pricing.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Work with our team and engage with the customers to increase monthly club memberships.
  • Be proficient in operating the Car Washes teller Kiosks while assisting customers with menu and payment options.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and administrative functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Position Requirements:

  • Customer service oriented, previous customer support experience required.
  • Effective Communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Attentiveness, strong work ethic
  • Good with computers and technology
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Team Player – Must communicate and coordinate with team members as necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
