Retail Sales / Lead Generator
Partnered with Costco Wholesale. Patriot Blinds & More is the Carolinas' fastest growing window covering company. Representing numerous manufacturers of blinds, shades, shutters and drapes. We are looking for motivated, energetic, sales-oriented candidates to join our Lead Generation / Sales Development team. Lead Generators are assigned to a specific retail location to generate sales leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. Patriot Blinds & More offers competitive pay with commissions ($15hr). Part-time positions available.
Lead Generator Responsibilities:
- Occupy kiosk station at the assigned location during scheduled shifts
- Staff pre-scheduled "Road Shows" in warehouse for 2-4 days (1-2 shows per month)
- Generate sales leads from members at the location
- Educate members and increase awareness
- Input lead details into applications and confirm accuracy
Lead Generator Qualifications:
- Dependable, flexible, personable, professional, and energetic
- 1-year previous lead generation experience helpful
- Must commit to regular shift schedule
- Must be able to stand for duration of the shift
- Background check and drug screen required
Lead Generator Benefits:
- $17-20.00 / hour plus commission
- 5 – 8 hour shifts, part-time
