As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for working with the HR department and hiring managers to source, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMLocation: 3515 Massillon Rd., Uniontown, Oh 44685

As aHealthcare Recruiter, you will:

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Manage Full Cycle Recruitment process from screening through onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their career goals and preferences.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Hiring, Time Keeping, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Laws Against Sexual Harassment.
  • All other duties assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience with Google Suite a plus.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Job Conditions:

  • This is a desk position that involves sitting, standing, stooping, and walking as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication.
  • This position requires minimal lifting.
  • One must be able to adequately hear on the telephone, with no more than an amplifier and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing, in English.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least three years of recruiting preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • SHRM-CP a plus.
