We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to supervise, organize and monitor the flow of goods being loaded and unloaded from the trucks to the docks warehouse. Provided training for the dock personnel and close monitoring of safety procedures and policies.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills in scheduling and managing people
Proficient in inventory tracking systems and processes
Proficient in warehouse operations - designs, layout and organizations
Proficient in transportation and logistics functions
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations
Customer service oriented with a pleasant disposition
Must be able to follow through with projects and assignments in an effective and timely manner
Requirements:
Must show leadership responsibilities
CDLA preferred and 2-3 years' experience in a Supervisory or a management aspect
Valid Driver's License is a must with a good driving record
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
