- Patrick C. Weber, P.A. is a law office that serves as the Public Guardian for the 20th Judicial Circuit, State of Florida

-You will assist with legal administrative tasks, such as organizing files and maintaining case management systems including the preparation of pleadings- You will conduct client interviews and gather relevant information for cases- You will prepare witnesses for testimony- You will attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings

```Requirements```

No guardianship experience is necessary
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of the Public Guardianship program
- Oral advocacy skills for courtroom appearances
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
