Location: Cincinnati

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly

Job Summary 
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Digital Health Media Strategy, as part of our Campaign Targeting & Pricing function. As the Manager, Digital Health Media Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital health media campaigns by ensuring precise audience targeting and effective pricing strategies that identify opportunities to maximize yield and drive growth. You will be responsible for creating structure and processes as well as overseeing all aspects of campaign scoping and pricing for the digital health media strategy function. You will be collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients to achieve campaign objectives.

What You’ll Do

The Manager, Digital Health Media Strategy is responsible for campaign strategy & planning, audience targeting, campaign optimization, platform management, as well as analytics & reporting.

  • Collaborate with our client-facing sales team to develop customized proposals that align with client objectives and budgets.
  • Develop and present visually compelling options and proposals to clients in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Deliver innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences.
  • Leverage technology, data, and strategic expertise to deliver targeted, measurable, and impactful results for clients.
  • Identify and reach specific audience segments by leveraging audience insights, demographic data, and market trends. This involves campaign scoping, setting campaign goals, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign tactics to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. This includes tracking expenditures, forecasting campaign costs, and optimizing budget allocations.
  • Implement and iterate on processes to optimize efficiency while maintaining agility.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational needs and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with our client operations reporting team to provide regular reporting on impressions, click through rates and other relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with our strategy & insights team on the set up, execution and delivery of audience quality and script lift insights.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide team members through fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

What We Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, health care or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on campaign targeting and pricing management.
  • 2 years of experience building and leading a highly effective and functional team as well as managing operational workflows.
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and experience working with programmatic platforms and technologies.
  • Proficiency in using programmatic advertising platforms is essential. Familiarity with ad serving technologies, data management platforms (DMPs), and ad exchanges is also important.
  • The ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and optimize advertising strategies accordingly is crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, are often required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge and prior use of Salesforce, Tableau and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical data is a plus.
