We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team in New Township, NJ.

As a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting with various procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Details:

• Start Date: After 3-4 weeks of the offer.
• Job Role: RN Cath Lab.
• Tentative Hours/Week: 40 (4*10)
• Shift: Both days and nights are available including Holidays, Weekends and On-Call is Required
• Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab experience, Impella, IABP, critical care RN experience
• ASN required
• RN License NJ or Compact
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) NIHSS

Pay Rates:

• Blended pay rates for Travelers: $ 91.00/Hour

Gross Weekly Packages based on weekly tentative hours: $ 3640.00/Week
Breakdown on Gross Weekly Packages based on weekly tentative hours:

• Stipend (Non-Taxable): $ 1512.00/Week
• W2 Taxable: $ 2128.00/Week.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.

• Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs.
• Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.
• Initiates assessment based on the patient’s problems or needs, the physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manages care of patients.
• Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.
• Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
• Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
