Pathways of Southwestern Pennsylvania is Hiring an AWC Regional Manager Near Washington, PA

Agency with Choice is looking to add a Regional Manager for Allegheny County to our team! The Agency with Choice (AWC) Regional Manager will empower children and adults of all abilities to have choice, control, and flexibility over their services. This requires a person-centered approach in delivering services to achieve positive outcomes for each individual. This role will work remotely in ALLEGHENY COUNTY and be responsible for: relationship development, service delivery, compliance with regulations and policies, and fiscal management. This role will be primarily responsible for developing a strategic plan of growing market share in their assigned region and assuring individual service within that region.

Some essential functions include, but are not limited to: 

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Supports Coordination Organizations, Administrative Entities, and Office of Developmental Programs’ staff to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Complete intake meetings to enroll individuals into the program, explaining the processes, procedures, regulations, duties, and responsibilities.
  • Communications from ODP and the county, stay current of what is happening with the state and regional governments.
  • Communicate changes in service authorizations internally and externally as needed.
  • Train Managing Employers and Support Service Professionals on services being authorized and timely submission of work.
  • Build weekly schedule that balances in office administrative reporting and planning and out of office building relationships, meeting with potential individuals and attending specific program events.
  • Consult and provide services and support within the guidelines of the Agency with Choice program to assist and guide individuals with an intellectual/developmental disability to live and receive programming their homes and communities.
  • Provide high level of service through responding back to inquiries within 24 hours, 48 hours if the request comes in on a weekend.
  • Ensure the implementation of the individual support plan (ISP) to achieve specific outcomes derived from the Individual's preferences, needs and interests.
