Pathways Health and Community Support, LLC is Hiring a Supported Employment Specialist Near Moses Lake, WA

DescriptionSupported Employment Specialist
Our Employment Specialists work with Medicaid clients ages 16 through older adult who experience substance use disorders, or behavioral/mental health diagnoses, that hinder their ability to find employment. Working with your client, you will assess their strengths and interests to aid in the goal of finding employment. You will work together on resume building, interview skills, and employment skills such as relationship development and how to manage anxiety, depression, anger, etc. to maintain their position successfully. This position acts as an advocate, case manager, and skills coach, making a true impact in the lives of their clients!

What we’re looking for:
This position requires one of the following:
  • Human Service/Social Service Bachelor’s degree and 2 years or more experience providing supported employment or similar services.
  • Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) by the Employment Support Professional Certification Council (ESPCC) and at least 1 year of demonstrated experience
  • Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) by the Commission of Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) and at least 1 year of demonstrated experience
  • 4 years or more experience providing supported employment, independent living assistance, or similar services
  • Proof of valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and education
