. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and distributing messages and mail, filing and closing client charts, and updating info in database.
- Follow office procedures and expectations, including greeting visitors.
- Check and record Vitals for Med Management clients.
- Set up clients in Dr. First/Escribe and provide access to Nurse Practitioners for each client.
- Track stimulants for Physician’s signature
- Analyze HEDIS data
- Perform finger sticks for glucose and cholesterol testing
- Conduct other lab tests as directed
- Supervise Physician Prep

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Minimum of one (1) year previous medical administrative assistant or secretarial experience preferred
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Skills necessary to learn Camelot electronic systems
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS • CPR • Valid Driver’s License • Valid Vehicle Registration • Valid Vehicle Insurance

This position requires travel of approximately 25% of the time.

and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution,
