About your Role:
AsanEmployment Specialist/Case Manager, you will work with Medicaid clients aged 16 and older who experience substance use disorders, or behavioral/mental health diagnoses, that hinder their ability to find employment. Working with your client, you will assess their strengths and interests to aid in the goal of finding employment. You will work together on resume building, interview skills, and employment skills such as relationship development and how to manage anxiety, depression, anger, etc. to maintain their position successfully. This position acts as an advocate, case manager, and skills coach, making a true impact in the lives of their clients.
