We are looking for a talented Wellness Manager to join our Team!

How you will help us on our mission and inspire others:

• Encourage, coach and support team members to inspire compassionate performance and affirm the positive difference their work makes in our customers’ lives. Provide regular, timely performance feedback including completing thorough annual performance evaluations.
• Orient and train new wellness team members to understand the impact of their role and teach how they can create memorable experiences for our customers.
• Manage scheduling of all wellness team members; assure staffing levels meet established resident ratios; ensure schedule remains within budgeted hours and manage and approve all overtime hours worked.
• Manage wellness department by walking around, checking medication drawers in resident apartments with a nurse, randomly auditing resident charts for compliance, checking apartments for cleanliness, talking to team members and building relationships.
• Oversee completion of required wellness documentation for resident files: RAI, RSP and quarterly assessment review, nursing admission assessment, and medication self-administration tool.

Our ideal candidate has the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Must be a LPN/Registered Nurse (RN) within the State of Illinois.
• Must demonstrate empathy and compassion to connect with customers.
• Strong clinical, assessment and documentation skills required.
• Must be knowledgeable medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Must maintain and encourage a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation with co-workers, managers and others with whom contact is made.
• Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.
