Women’s Facility Community Care Specialist

Position Overview: Responsible for facility care, cleaning, light maintenance, and overall appearance of the “Women’s Residential Center” Facility and grounds. Must complete daily/weekly and monthly check-off lists and schedule maintenance issues on the maintenance app. Keep an inventory record and order supplies as needed. Maintain the cleanliness of and schedule light maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) on Pathway vehicles at the women’s location. The person in this position will coordinate with the Women’s Renewal Facilitator and Pathway Advisor team utilizing students for job readiness training and be willing to supervise students and make ministry assignment schedules for students to complete.

Full-time daily hours/varying as needed

Reports to: Women’s Residential Center Coordinator

Coordinates with: Pathway Ministry Operations Team

Oversees: Renewal and Next Step students as assigned

Qualifications / Experience:

· Must have an understanding of the Gospel and be able to share it with the women we serve

· Must be a self-starter and self-motivated with gift of organizational leadership and administrative skills to plan and help meet ministry goals.

· Must demonstrate a vibrant, growing personal relationship with and love for Jesus.

· Must possess valid driver’s license with safe driving record.

· Experienced or interest in learning to complete all operations, schedules and processes of the Women’s Residential Center and have a teachable spirit.

· Ability to perform light maintenance duties

· Ability to supervise students; build ministry assignment schedules for students and assist with monthly student evaluations

· Must agree with Pathway Ministries Statement of Faith, Mission, Vision and Values and meet Employment Commitments

Role duties / Responsibilities

· Daily check of guest rooms and coach guests how to keep their rooms aligned with ministry cleanliness and organization

· Coordinates with Pathway Facility and Maintenance Coordinator on all maintenance issues. Use the Maintenance App to schedule, request and finalize maintenance issues.

· Coordinate with Renewal and Pathway Advisor team working with Next Step & Renewal students assigned to facility care; assigning tasks and supervising students

· Oversees the details and completion of all scheduled operational activities - daily, monthly, annually etc.

· Maintain consistency with daily/weekly/monthly check off lists/scheduled tasks etc. for all areas of the building and grounds

· Keep an inventory record and order supplies through the provider on a weekly/as needed basis and keep records

· Complete weekly check off list on fleet vehicles, checking all fluids, filling as needed and other basic vehicle care. Notify Operations team when maintenance issues are needed

· Help with volunteer groups as they serve in or around the women’s facility

· Drive students to and from Ministry Assignments

· Complete intakes and assume the role of Community Care Specialist as needed, including evening shift

· Pay attention to detail maintaining a safe, clean environment for guests and staff

· Willingness to assume all tasks assigned by the Women’s Residential Center Coordinator
