To compensate our Counselors for their role, Pathway has designed a Counselor specific compensation plan that offers increasing levels of rewards based on the number of people the Counselor helps. Licensed Counselors in their first year with Pathway can earn up to $72,000!

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Each Pathway Healthcare Behavioral Health Counselor provider must have completed a Master’s Degree in a related clinical discipline and possess current licensure LCSW or LICSW licensure.

ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• The Behavioral Health Counselor works in a well-lit, climate-controlled office environment.
• The individual primarily works in a sitting position either facing patients or while operating a computer.
• The Behavioral Health Counselor occasionally must lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
