DAY TO DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL NURSE MANAGER

The Residential Nurse Manager is a dynamic role where you will provide supervision and guidance to colleagues in residential homes, ensuring top-notch medical care for individuals. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, develop programs, oversee regulatory compliance, and contribute to performance management. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

To excel in the role, you must possess a unique skill set. This includes a broad knowledge of nursing care principles, regulatory standards, and leadership capabilities equal to a complete 4 yr. college education. Minimum of [2] years of progressive learning nursing experience, with at least [1] year in a supervisory or managerial role experience. Requires RN or LPN licensure. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, you'll need to be able to travel between residential homes as needed.

Your experience will allow you to showcase your strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals, oversee nursing services, and make critical decisions will be essential in this position.
