Pathlight Community Services is seeking to hire Direct Care Workers (DCW) in our Jackson locations.

Mission statement: Quality Services for Quality of Life. It is our mission to do whatever is needed to help people meet the challenges of their lives. We offer supported housing and support services to marginalized adult populations.

We are looking for someone that can work both full and part time people that can work 2nd and 3rd shift.

Starting pay is $14.85 and once all training is completed it goes to $15.35

$500.00 Sign on bonus * New hire sign on bonus if you have not worked for us $250.00 once you completed 30 days or 120 hours of employment and an additional $250.00 when completing all necessary training and a part of the staffing ratio on the floor.

Responsibilities:

· Assist people with either developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting.

· Prepare, serve and assist with meals

· Pass medications

· Assist with fun activities

All positions require:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Valid Driver’s License or ID

· Pass a criminal background check
