Where You Fit

As an IT Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology support for our organization. You'll lead a talented help desk team, providing technical assistance to employees, resolving issues, and optimizing our IT systems. Your expertise in Google Workspace and Okta SSO will be essential in maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, Okta Certified Administrator (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and Okta SSO.
• Experience with MacOS Macbook Pro, Apple devices, and Apple Device Management (JAMF)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Slack, Zoom administration experience a plus
