Path Forward of Kentucky provides Supported Employment, Job Coaching, Respite, Family Home Providers and Community living supports for children and/or adults with disabilities. We serve individuals on SCL, MP, and ABI Medicaid Waivers. We are also an Employment Network for the Ticket to Work program and have a Certified CWIC benefit counselor on staff. Path Forward has a school age based program funded through the Office Of Vocational Rehabilitation called Pre-Ets which is a pre-employment transitional service and education program.
