As a Weld Engineer (also known as Welding Specialist, Welding Process Engineer), you will be responsible for overseeing all welding processes, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency. This includes developing and implementing welding procedures, monitoring and evaluating welding processes, troubleshooting welding issues, conducting weld inspections, and training and mentoring welding technicians.
