As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Specialist, Manufacturing Technician), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging equipment. You'll be responsible for training and leading operators, mechanics, and supervisors, developing and executing projects for continuous improvement, and rapidly identifying and resolving machine problems to minimize downtime.

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree in a manufacturing-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
• Experience with blow molding, injection molding, packaging, or beverage and familiarity with Krones, Husky, Sidel, or other packaging or bottling equipment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
