As a Semiconductor Customer Engineer III (also known as Semiconductor Engineer, Customer Support Engineer), you'll be proficient in primary toolset operations, perform startup activities, complete qualifications, and ensure quality repairs. You'll actively respond to fab issues, participate in projects to drive down costs or increase uptime, verify operational quality of system equipment, and assist in process issues. You'll also build and maintain customer satisfaction through clear, consistent communication.
