As an Injection Molding Process Engineer (also known as Manufacturing Process Engineer, Injection Molding Specialist), you'll plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high-quality injection molded products. You'll be responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI), process development, tool validation, and work instructions. You'll also support other engineers as an injection molding and process development expert. This hands-on role involves spending approximately 80% of your time in the manufacturing area or toolroom, supporting NPI and continuous improvement activities.
