Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Industrial Maintenance Technician), you will be instrumental in supporting the manufacturing process. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of all manufacturing and processing machinery and equipment. Additionally, you will ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met throughout the facility.
Benefits- Competitive pay starting at $24/hr with earning potential up to $37/hr.
- Flexible 12-hour shifts, rotating every 2 weeks on a 2-2-3 work schedule.
- Work in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment with safety as the highest priority.
- High school diploma or GED, and must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Previous Industrial Maintenance experience with basic knowledge and understanding of machine technology, construction, operation of heavy industrial machinery, and power/control devices.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, and Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
- Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations.
