Join our team as a 2nd or 3rd Shift Machine Operator (also known as Production Operator, Equipment Technician). In this role, you'll monitor the production of small plastic parts, conduct visual inspections, and pack products from the machines. You'll also work with automated systems to perform light assembly tasks. This role requires keen attention to detail, the ability to stand for up to 8 hours, and the capacity to lift and move boxes up to 25 pounds. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with room for growth and training in areas such as assembly, packing, and quality control.
