As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Equipment Operator), you'll perform equipment maintenance, inspection, modifications, and troubleshooting in a food manufacturing environment. You'll ensure strict adherence to product safety and quality standards, and work in a fast-paced, complex environment. Your duties will also include training line associates, continuous improvement, and ensuring all products meet quality specifications.
