As an Industrial Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be responsible for the upkeep of the facility and its equipment, ensuring safety standards, training and coaching team members, and participating in the Kaizen program. You'll also handle minor and major repairs, equipment installation, and machinery maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
