As a First Equipment Operator (also known as Regeneration Operator, Equipment Technician), you'll coordinate activities in various areas including Regeneration, Microlite, Waste Tanks, Polishers, Grinding, TOC Systems and Processes including Screening and Drying. You'll operate and maintain various units, ensure safety, and work independently. You'll also have the opportunity to instruct and guide other team members, ensuring the completion of their duties.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous mechanical skills and experience working in the chemical industry.
• Proficiency in forklift operation, machine setups for production runs, excellent communication skills, shop math skills, mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.
