As a Plant Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Facilities Supervisor), you'll be responsible for ensuring the plant, facilities, and production equipment are properly maintained for a safe and productive manufacturing operation. You'll coordinate health, safety, and environmental activities, monitor the operation of plant equipment, maintain building security, troubleshoot machine downtime issues, and manage preventive maintenance schedules.

• Associate degree in Administration, Management or equivalent combination of education or experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Working knowledge of most machine shop equipment including mills, lathes, drills, surface and rotary grinders, plunge EDM, and wire EDM.
