As an Equipment Technician (also known as Electronic and Mechanical Repair Specialist), you'll repair complex electronic and mechanical equipment, perform intermediate product development, build complex fixtures, and communicate with customers. You'll also process service reports, perform warranty analysis, and develop root cause solutions. Your role will involve participation in our culture initiative, process improvement, and adherence to safety procedures.

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, and five to eight years related experience and/or training; or ten years equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups; calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; apply concepts of basic algebra, physics and geometry; apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must possess a thorough understanding of electronics and/or mechanics and possess intermediate to complex troubleshooting skills as gained through repair experience.
