Path Engineering is Hiring an Assembly Lead 2nd Shift Near Houston, TX
As an Assembly Lead for the 2nd shift (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Leader), you'll be responsible for directing and organizing the workflow in the department, training new hires, ensuring safety, and troubleshooting machine problems. You'll also work closely with engineers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and meet customer demand.
Benefits- Four 10s Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am.

- Proficiency in Blueprint Reading, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Assembly Skills, Shop Math Skills, and Excellent Communication Skills.
