As a Production Associate Line Leader (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Team Lead), you'll play a crucial role in the new product development process. You'll ensure that products transferred to full-scale manufacturing meet customer requirements, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Your duties will include coordinating installation, inspection, repair, and routine maintenance of building systems, supervising facility service requests, and overseeing the daily function of production associates.
